Start delivering
Create a Courier Account, complete the application and wait for approval before accepting work. The application asks for identity, contact, vehicle, driver eligibility and payout destination details appropriate to your delivery work.
- Register and apply. Use a reachable mobile number, provide the requested evidence and submit your application.
- Review an offer. Your workspace shows available Shop or Food jobs, pickup locations, the drop-off area, route distance, parcel count and gross earnings before accepting.
- Record the journey. Follow the pickup, custody and delivery steps in your courier dashboard. Report a problem instead of marking an incomplete delivery as complete.
- Review money. Your account shows earnings, adjustments and available withdrawal options subject to your current payout limits.
How a delivery reaches you
After a customer pays and a merchant marks an order ready, Rapid checks that delivery money was captured and calculates a verified route. It publishes an available job to eligible approved couriers in the matching Shop or Food channel. Your workspace refreshes its available jobs automatically; you can accept or decline an open offer. An accepted job is assigned once and sent for dispatch. A declined offer stays available to other couriers.
Before you accept, you see each pickup's name, address and map link, plus the drop-off district, estimated route, parcels, offer deadline and gross route earning. The full recipient and delivery address appear after acceptance in the delivery view. Follow each pickup, record the actual handover, then record the delivery or report an exception. Rapid uses that evidence to settle earnings and update the customer's order.
Bundles and extra trips
A bundle is one courier route with several paid, ready orders from the same checkout and customer destination. Shop routes can cover up to five store pickup locations; Food routes can cover up to three restaurant pickup locations when their ready times fit. Shop and Food orders do not share a bundle, and scheduled restaurant orders do not join a multi-restaurant bundle. One job shows all pickup stops before you accept; the gross amount is for the entire route, not per parcel.
If an order is late or cannot be delivered, record what happened rather than treating every portion as successful. Rapid may create a separately funded extra trip, adjust the route or arrange a return. Your earning follows the recorded route and outcome; it is not created twice when a job or provider message is retried.
Your earnings and withdrawals
Rapid's delivery service fee is 5% of your gross route earning. For example, a Rs 100 route gives Rs 95 in courier earnings before any debt or hold. Customer food-delivery tips are separate. Rapid charges 0% to withdraw; the courier minimum request is Rs 500. Only available earnings can be withdrawn, subject to verification, payout approval and daily limits. Courier FAQ
Can I take delivery orders immediately after signing up?
No. Complete the courier application first. Delivery access depends on approval and any applicable account restrictions.
Will I see where to collect and deliver?
Yes. An offer and its delivery details show pickup and destination information needed to decide and complete the job.
What if I cannot complete a delivery?
Use the relevant courier action and contact Rapid support when needed. The platform keeps pickup and delivery evidence so an order can be resolved accurately.
Are staging earnings real payouts?
No. The current rapid.mu environment uses simulated payments and delivery evidence for testing. Real payout and delivery providers must be activated and verified before launch.
Does Rs 100 on an offer mean I receive Rs 100?
Rs 100 is gross route pay. Rapid's 5% courier fee is Rs 5, so Rs 95 is your earning before any debt or hold. Withdrawing available earnings has no further Rapid fee.
Do I have to take every pickup in a bundle?
An accepted bundle shows all pickup stops. Follow the listed stops and record each handover. If a merchant cannot hand over an item, use the exception flow so the route and money can be resolved correctly.
